Concept Sketch of Hall Bathroom showing proposed cathedral ceiling, skylight, and new arch top window. The floor area of the bathroom was very limited, so a cathedral ceiling was used to bring a sense of spaciousness and natural light into the room.

Garage for Historic LI Home

This 2-car garage addition was a collaboration between my father and I. The Garage details are in keeping with those of the original house. The structure was framed to comply with the strict Town of Huntington High Wind design requirements.
